Bank Hapoalim B.M. (the Bank) strives to ensure that the Bank’s locations and services are accessible to all customers including those with disabilities. The Bank consistently evaluates the physical access to branches and buildings, as well as accessibility to all Bank services in all service channels.

Branches Accessibility Arrangements

The Bank adapted its branches to provide easy access to persons with disabilities, such as ramps at the entrance, a wide elevator, wide passageways, restrooms for the disabled with appropriate signage, a service counter for providing accessible service, waiting area seating and more.​​

Our customer facing Relationship Managers have been trained to provide accessible services to all customers including those with disabilities.

Website Accessibility

The Bank invests significantly in order to make its Web Site available and accessible to all users including those with disabilities, so that they can browse comfortably and easily.

  • The Bank’s Web Site complies with Standard Level 2 (AA) of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) laid down by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). 

  • The Bank’s Web Site has been tested for the highest compatibility on Internet Explorer and is compatible for browsing with the cellular phone.

  • The Bank’s Web Site provides semantic structure for assistive technologies and support in keyboard usage pattern by arrows, Enter and Esc – for exiting menus and windows. 

  • For best user experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the most up-to-date Non-Visual Desktop Access (NVDA) software.

Contacting Us about Accessibility Issues and Improvement Requests

While the Bank makes every effort to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to achieve the full standards in all its Web Site areas and features.
